to the Gold Oak Union School District!
The Gold Oak Union School District is a small rural elementary
district located in the Sierra  foothills
of Northern California. The elementary, middle and arts charter schools serve an
area known as Pleasant Valley which lies outside the town of Placerville,
the center of the California gold rush of the mid-1800s. The entire
area has a great sense of history and majestic beauty.
 The
mission of the Gold Oak Union School District is to promote and
challenge the intellectual, creative, physical, and social development
of all students.
